The last time the polar vortex came around I remember seeing some guy running in to the gym in just shorts and a t shirt. Not even a coat like this guy . I yelled at him “your body hates you! ”

Yeah, it was 11f last night and I saw a guy letting his dog out in gym shorts, socks, and flip flops. Unsure if the bigger sin was shorts in 11f or socks with flip flops. Probably socks. Yeah, definitely socks and flip flops.

I’ve never understood this fetish for wearing shorts. It’s not even just the young that do this. I was just watching an episode of Roadkill Garage the other day when they were both complaining that it was cold yet both were wearing fucking shorts. I just don’t get it.

Shit, I took the garbage out last night, which a 20 foot walk. Put on a hat and coat, as it was 5 above last night. Currently sitting at -10 in N.W. Ohio. Saturday/Sunday , 40-45 and rainy.

I used to have a job that sort of allowed shorts in the office, I would do it often during the winter, because every secretary had her own space heater and STILL begged to have the thermostat for the whole building turned up. It might have been below freezing outside, but it was a balmy 80 something indoors.
